Love the challenge of race day! Always looking on improving my training. Did my fist TRI down in St. George( SGTRI), ran a few marathons, and did my first half Iron Man up in Bear lake (the Mountain Tropic). Planning on Doing the Silverman, my first Iron Man sponsored half. The goal is to do the full thing when time allows... then on to Kona.
